Online Backgammon site, Play65 has launched a new promotion for their Israeli players, they are holding a special series of tournaments and Israel's top backgammon player will be named at the event and they will also get the chance to win the World Backgammon Association Portuguese Open.

All throughout the month of March Play65 will be offering a series ad online backgammon tournaments. The Grand Finals are on March 31st and the winner will be declares as Israeli's backgammon champion.

The winner will also get to fly on Play65's dollar to the European Backgammon 2008 Portuguese Open in Estorilm Portugal. This is the 3rd Portuguese Open there will also be Backgammon Davis Doubles starting on April 29th and will run til May 4th.

This promotion is open to all Play65 members from Israel and will be free of charge, the promotion will also feature hourly online backgammon tournaments from Sunday to Friday and also weekly qualifiers on Saturdays until March 29th.

The winners of the Saturday qualifiers will get to take part in a live backgammon event that will take place on March 31st and will also be broadcasted on the Sport5 Channel.
