True Money Games (TMG) which was founded in 2001 and is run out of Curacao has announced their sponsorship of the 31st annual World Backgammon Championship.

The event will be held at the Fairmont Monte Carlo from the 10th to 16th of June with an estimated prize pool of up to 300,000 euros.

To make it easier for newcomers to break into the Backgammon tournament scene TMG will be sponsoring 12 lucky (and hopefully skilled) players with entry packages to the championships through their online qualifiers.
